Welcome to the 2025 - 2026 Board of Directors

We at the Canadian Business Disability Inclusion Network (CBDIN) recently held our first Annual General Meeting. It was a moment of celebration, reflection, and exciting momentum for the year ahead.

We are delighted to welcome three accomplished external directors to our Board. They bring deep expertise in disability inclusion and business leadership that will further strengthen an already exceptional Board. Together with our current directors, they will help accelerate employer leadership and practical action to improve disability inclusion across Canada:

Ben Almond: Founder and CEO, Bisco Solutions, providing strategic advisory as well as private equity and M&A consulting. Formerly CEO, Engineering Services Canada with AtkinsRéalis, and Chair of the Praxis Institute.

Lenore MacAdam: Former Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Corus Entertainment and National Inclusion Leader at Deloitte Canada.

Tammy Morris: Architect and leader of the Neurodiversity Centres of Excellence and Accessibility Consulting Leader for EY Canada. Former Chief Program Officer for the Autism Alliance of Michigan, Consultant, and Professor.

We extend our sincere thanks to Jamie Burton for her outstanding service on our Board. Her leadership as a Director of CBDIN helped shape our shared efforts to advance accessibility and inclusion in business across Canada. She fostered collaboration, encouraged fresh thinking, and brought forward practical strategies to help organizations remove barriers and unlock the potential of diverse talent. Her dedication, empathy, and conviction in building workplaces where everyone can thrive will have a lasting impact on our network and the businesses we serve. We look forward to continuing to collaborate with Jamie as a valued partner and champion.
